    Down Payment Plan

    At the Time of Booking 10% of BSP

    At the time of offer of possession 5% of BSP + IFMS
    Stamp Duty + Registration Charges + Administrative Expenses To Be IncurredIn Executing The Sale Deed Shall Be Paid Additionally.
    *The Purchaser hereby
    agrees and undertakes that if the Company offers the possession of the
    flat before the scheduled time as mentioned herein above at any point of
    time then all the balance payment for the flat as per the agreement
    shall immediately fall due for the payment and purchaser shall be liable
    to pay the same.

    mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards the
    external development of the Colony including providing water supply,
    sewerage, drains necessary, provisions of treatment and disposal of
